S'more's Stout - 7.4% ABV / 38 IBU Marshmallow in the House! We used over 100lbs of Mini Marshmallows in the boil, & 100lbs of Graham Crackers in the mash; conditioned the beer on sweet Ghirardelli Dark Cacao Nibs.
