All Front-of-House Hospitality team members serve as the face and the first impression of Tumbled Rock. This role is hyper-focused on exceeding guest expectations of our guests every time they walk through our doors, no matter if it is their first or 100th time visiting. Bartender

We are seeking an experienced bartender to join our full-service Brewery and Kitchen at the entrance of Devil’s Lake in Baraboo. Bartending duties include collecting payments, keeping bar equipment clean, preventing customers’ excessive drinking, knowing the basics about the beers you are serving, and choosing a clean and appropriate glass for the beer being served.

Job Requirements:

• Must have 2 years of bartending experience or 1 year of high-volume bartending experience.
• Team-orientated and self-driven.
• Reliable.
• Working knowledge of food and preparation.
• Working knowledge of beer, wine, and beverages.
• Knowledge of Tumbled Rock’s hand-crafted beers is a plus.
• Able to multi-task in an effective and efficient manner.

Line / Prep Cook

Food Expeditors are the link between the kitchen staff and the customers. They are responsible for the smooth flow of orders and efficient delivery of service. They communicate with the waitstaff and chefs, and they inspect the quality of the dishes served.

They ensure that the restaurant is well stocked with necessary items such as silverware, plates, napkins, and cups of water glasses.

Dishwasher

Tumbled Rock dishwasher duties include maintaining a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled dishes, emptying trash, and prepping foods as needed. They are asked to keep the dish area free of clutter and organized, set up dish stations (including dish machines and sinks), and maintain clean/dry floors throughout the shift.
